Holistic Nutritionist/Nutritional Consulting Services at County Chiropractic Centre

What a client can expect from a Holistic Nutritionist

Basket of fruitThe comprehensive training of a Holistic Nutrition Professional focuses on science, body functions and symptoms, whole foods and quality food production and processes, natural source supplements, healthy lifestyle practices, and the connections between the body, mind, and spirit. Holistic nutrition recognizes that each individual has a unique biochemistry and unique nutritional needs. The interplay of body-mind-spirit factors are important considerations for each individual client and each must be addressed for the client to feel well.

A Holistic Nutrition Professional, such as an R.H.N. (Registered Holistic Nutritionist), typically will evaluate their client’s nutritional needs by identifying symptoms that are indicators of imbalances. From this evaluation, an individualized health plan can be formulated including nutrient-dense whole foods, lifestyle recommendations, and/or natural source supplements in order to help restore the client’s health balance and equilibrium. Recommendations are tailored to the individual’s needs based on an assessment of the client’s health through one-on-one consultations and in-depth questionnaires. Learn more about the R.H.N.
