Meet the Team

Therese Hyland

Therese Hyland, Chiropractic Assistant

Originally from Kingston, Therese has fond memories of visiting The County as a child taking the Glenora ferry to visit with family in Picton. Her uncle, Sam Gentile, operated a grocery store for many years located where the current Giant Tiger stands today.

Therese developed a love for nursing in her late teens while working as a nurses aide at the Heathfield Convent in Kingston in the infirmary unit caring for the Sisters. Therese graduated from the Nursing Diploma program at St. Lawrence College in 1987 and met her future husband Shaun during their blind date at her nursing graduation dinner.

Massage therapist Wellington, Shari

Shari Stapley, RMT

Proud to Serve Her Native Community,

Shari was born and raised in beautiful Prince Edward County. She grew up in Picton and went to high school at Prince Edward Collegiate Institute. Throughout her childhood she was heavily involved in sports including figure skating, volleyball, and softball. She was the softball pitcher for the Napanee Express, where her and her team went on to play in the Eastern Canadians in Nova Scotia where they placed second.

She knew from an early age that she wanted to work in the healthcare field but wasn’t exactly sure what she wanted to do. When Shari was in grade 12 she received her first massage and realized how amazing she felt post massage. She knew from that moment on that she wanted to peruse Registered Massage Therapy.
